You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment in central Paris.

The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum, easily accessible by public transport with a large number of famous monuments to visit nearby. The Gare du Nord is also located right next door, which makes it easy to access.
This apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room where you can meet comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining area has a dining table for 10 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

HOUSE RULES

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

The pictures are a tad deceiving. The living room/dining room are dark. The bathrooms are small with little counter space. The washer/dryer are interesting. Don't plan to do lots of laundry as each load takes a fair amount of time as the dryer is in the wash machine. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Management was wonderful. Easy to speak with and willing to address any issues.The unit is very close to the metro and the gare du nord ( walkable with luggage).

Lovely apartment, great location. Walking distance from Gare Du Nord. Checking in and checking out process was very efficient. We were a large family of 10 staying one night, and the apartment was exactly what we needed. Would book again.

Excellent place, very clean and well equipped, great location with bars eateries and super markets very close. All the family loved it, it is on the 4 th floor however if stairs are too much then a lift is there to help.

The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable, but be aware that you need to undertake 4 flights of steps, as the lift isn’t very functional.
