Too much water came out of shower. It should have a proper table for eating and drinking.

It truly was a lovely 100 year old house, in excellent condition, updated bathroom. Close to Metro. Host was very thoughtful, providing maps, umbrellas, and extra coffee.
Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was vibrant. And very reasonably priced compared to accommodations closer to the center of Paris.
No complaints whatsoever.
