It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age policy is 25 years old. Valid photo ID may be required.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by Management in writing prior to the arrival date.
* NO SMOKING
* NO access to mailbox or having mail sent to the property.
* Max Occupancy: 3 people. Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) are not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time. If it is discovered that they are more guests than permitted, you will pay $100 fee per guest.
* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

We stayed at the Guerin condo for 7 weeks. It was the perfect location, close to everything you could need. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. We were very happy and comfortable there. We will stay again when in LA! Thank you for taking such good care of this beautiful condo!!

I stayed here for about 2 months and it was perfect. Conveniently located and walkable to coffee shops and other restaurants. Lilly and the apartment manager were communicative, nice, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay here again!

We stayed at the Guerin House last year and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this summer. We hope to be back next year also. We love the convenient location. We can walk everywhere. The house is always clean and nicely decorated. It always has everthing you might need. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Lilly and Danny are always quick to respond to any of our needs. Overall it's a 5 star rating.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo for 3 months while in town to help our daughter with our new granddaughter! Lilly gave us a warm welcome and was very responsive to our needs which were few!
The condo was sparkling clean, comfortable and met all our needs! Kitchen items, linens and towels were brand new! Walkable to just about everything! This rental is a real WINNER! Thanks for everything!
