About this house rental
This charming Cape Cope 1bed/1bath house is in pristine condition with hardwood floors throughout. Living room features a wood burning fire, large desk and swivel chair, leather sofa (not a fold out) and large flat screen tv with all premium channels - HBO, Showtime, Sports etc and your own DVR. High Speed internet included. Bedroom contains queen size bed with luxurious, European style, crisp, white down duvet. Planation shutters on windows. Separate laundry room with brand new washer and dryer as well as storage for suitcases. The tub has been replaced by a brand new shower w pebble stone floor. The house has an unusually large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large oven and 4 burners. Garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffeemaker and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans and plates etc. Sip your morning coffee at the outside garden table and enjoy the California weather in the peaceful backyard.
Please note, leather sofa is ideal for a small child as it does NOT fold out into a bed. There are 2 extra pillows and duvet should small child need to sleep on the leather sofa. Property is wheel chair accessible. No stairs to enter property and no stairs inside cottage.

This was a tremendous place for my wife and I to stay, one of the best rentals yet. Especially good if you need to do work while staying as there's a huge useful desk and comfy chair. Good internet. Very comfortable bed in separate area, plus a separate laundry/mud room in the back that was beyond perfect for cleaning up our dogs during a surprise LA rain storm. Excellent full kitchen, too. We'll be staying here again.

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures.
Terry was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very safe which was very important to us since we were traveling with our 3-year-old son.
Highly recommend.

Terry’s cottage was perfect! My husband and I loved our stay there. Terry respected our privacy but was was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was excellent. We were in town to visit friends, family and to do a little sightseeing. We were pleasantly surprised how prime of a location the cottage was. We will definitely return and stay there again. And as previous reviews stated, the bed was so comfortable!
