About this apartment rental
Welcome to this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the upscale district of Studio City. The building sits on the famous Coldwater Canyon Avenue and is secure with iron gates and a coded entry. The unit also comes with two parking spaces.
The unit has been renovated and boasts a fresh coat of paint, new hardwood floors, and new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have spacious closets. Welcome home!
Disclaimers:
-Minimum 31 day rentals.
-Monthly rentals must go from beginning to the end of month. Cannot accommodate monthly rentals that terminate mid month.
-Parties are not allowed. Loud music is not allowed.
-For long term stays, cleaning during stay is not provided. If the guest wishes, a cleaning crew can be sent for an extra charge of $260.
-USPS Mailbox key will not be provided to tenant. Tenant can still receive courier mail (Amazon, UPS, Fedex, etc.)
-Guest must declare the correct number of occupants (4 max), only declared individuals are allowed to stay at the property.
-Contact info for all tenants must be provided at the time of booking (Copy of drivers license, name, last name, address, email address, phone numbers). Failure to do so will VOID the reservation.
-TransUnion SmartMove Soft Background check will be sent to each tenant. Tenant must complete soft background check (free of charge) within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to complete within 24hrs will result in reservation to be VOIDED.
-Rental Agreement will be sent to each tenant for e-signature. Tenants must e-sign the rental agreement within 24hrs of receipt. Failure to complete the rental agreement within 24hrs will result in reservation to be VOIDED.
-The large couch in the living room has since been replaced since the initial photos were taken.

I was very happy and well relaxed in this home which has everything for comfortable stay. Cozy, deep cleaned and secure. Location is great either! Parks, restaurants, cafes, shops are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

The condo is absolutely lovely. Just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. When I first arrived, it was evident that the unit had been deep cleaned as it smelled like Mrs. Meyer's.
The building is also very secure. The main entrance gate is locked and no one can enter without a code. There is also a secure/ closed garage with two parking spots, which is super convenient. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a plus. The building is also quite small, I'm guessing 10-ish units in total, so it was very quiet and cozy.
Lastly, I want to say that the owner is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I called him a few times with questions and he always picked up my calls and texted back. He even left a bowl of chocolates in the unit when I arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything was close by and easy on/off to interstate. I always felt safe regardless of time I arrived/left. Great neighborhood for walking. Ali (the host ) was responsive to any needs 24/7.
Would return 100%!
