Warm and cosy, good bathroom, great location, well equipped and great having parking.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. the external lights on the stairs were too slow to come on and too quick to go off, leaving us fumbling to see the steep steps and the keyhole which was a bit dodgy.

The location, the ease of check in and out, the interior of the barn, water was hot, powerful walkin shower, room temperature was perfect, the airfryer, smart tv, the Christmas tree and decorations. My son particularly enjoyed the table tennis!!
The extra bed for my son wasn't very comfortable but OK for a 2 night stay.

Nice location, worked well for the purpose of our stay.
The walls had some small patches that needed to be made which made it feel more rustic than we were expecting. We are also on the taller side and ran into a few cobwebs which made it feel less clean.

"'The barn' was easy to find and parking was easy. The location is rural, but near to Chichester and nearby beaches and villages. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and fun!"
