• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Very clean; great location for walking around Morro bay and waterfront

We liked the house. But we were a little surprised it was 100 feet away from a bar and music venue, which did get a little loud on weekends. And what we thought was a backyard was more like a vacant lot on which strangers parked their cars. Also, there was not always street parking right in front of the house (specially on weekends)m but a weed never more than a block away. The house itself, and the furniture and beds, were very comfortable. And the house was impeccable clean. When I did have questions or issues, I always received a prompt-enough response from the Relax office, which I appreciated.

The unit is laid out well, is attractively decorated, very clean, and has a lot of light. Murro Bay Rock is impressively visible over the business just to the west of the property. The touristy and well-maintained waterfront is an easy 4 block walk downhill to the west, and the fire department and Albertsons are just 3 blocks uphill to the east. Lots of interesting businesses nearby. The bar down the street was noisy on Wednesday evening, but that ended just after 10pm.A good location for exploring the waterfront. Cayucos is just 6 miles to the north with a great walking beach.
