The facilities and layout
The broken oven door and not being able to regulate the underfloor heating in the snug/den

The location was further away from the actual position shown on the map from Whitby town centre so took a taxi back up not good for someone with leg problems it did not spoil our stay.
Nothing everything was great will be going back hopefully next year.

The property was massive. Very spacious. Modern and a lovely home
The back large bedroom had bad sewerage smells in the in suite . The TV in the front lounge didn’t work . But over all
