It has novelty, being a converted horse-box with a chemical toilet.
The location was handy to the Fishbourne Roman Palace, two pubs, bus and train stops.
It was a moderately long walk to the supermarket.
The train station was small and only had one train per hour.

it was cosy , well equipped for what i needed with my 2 dogs, owners were very accommodating in keeping their dogs in so mine could use the garden freely, also good knowledge of area to walk the dogs , videos on how to use equipment were helpful

Our host,Rose, was amazing and really tried hard to make our stay a comfortable one. She sent us brilliant videos showing the location,parking, how to use the water,chemical toilet etc.
The bed was comfortable. A lot of equipment was provided within the van.
The low scores are a direct result of staying in a horsebox in the winter during very bad weather. The van is solar powered but that wasn't providing sufficient power. Rose hooked it up to the mains so we had light and heat but the water pump wouldn't work and the fridge didn't function.
Rose let us use a bathroom in the house which was very kind.
We paid more for this experience than for hotels with breakfast so it was disappointing but memorable.
I'm sure that in warmer months it could be quite charming
