305 N Bay Front is a two story home that has been professionally decorated and designed with the finest of detail. The incredible views of the Bay compliments the design of the home. Enjoy the open floor plan, gourmet chef's kitchen, dining area and large family room leading to the large outdoor open patio with radiant heaters for chilly weather.
The home boast 3 large bedrooms including one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Additionally there exists a large upstairs bonus room that can comfortably sleep two on the comfortable day beds. The homes amenities include a two car garage (Will fit 2 small cars or one MED or LARGE car),There is washer and dryer, 3 beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach towels, a Weber propane grill where you can enjoy BBQ's on the Patio with friends and family while looking out onto the Bay, there is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after a sunny day at the beach. 305 N Bay Front will become your favorite new home away from home! We have stayed here a few times now and absolutely love the property! The kitchen is well stocked and there are a ton of other personal touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is amazing!

We had the most perfect stay ! It was a quiet Easter weekend for my girls and I. The house was better than anticipated !!!! I am a luxury vacation property owner and I would definitely recommend! I plan to stay again!

This vacation home is ONE OF A KIND. The home is a mid century modern masterpiece. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again. The host, Barbara, was amazing. She quickly responded to all of my requests and I am very high maintenance. There is a keypad on the door so access was simple and easy. The house is GORGEOUS. The property faces the bay with expansive views. There are floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the North Bay Front and boardwalk. Sitting on the patio in the morning was one of my favorite things to do. The ceiling heaters outside made it very comfortable and cozy to hangout outside in the early morning or at night. The house itself is beautifully decorated and was recently remodeled. It has a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Highly recommend and great value!
