This beautiful rental sits on North Bayfront Waters, Property comes with private dock directly in front of home, and it's own little sandy beach area. It's only two blocks away from Main Street of Balboa Island "Marine Ave", easy walking. Minutes away from Balboa Ferry, Fashion Island, Starbucks and many exciting eateries. Cape Cod style house modernly vamped, two stories, front Patio facing Bay with seating area and BBQ amentiies, two additional patios upstairs. Cozy downstairs living with fireplace, has 4 bedrooms, and an open additional sleeping area / sleeps 12... with a rear attached apartment 1 bed room and roomy great room. Beach house has 6 baths w/shower and an additional outside shower. Recently remodeled and in great condition for a far away vacation or staycation !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for our group to gather and relax together. The location couldn’t have been better. It was peaceful and right on the water, yet just a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

I am in love with this house!! This was the best stay I have had in the Newport/Balboa area. This was the perfect environment for our team to regroup and focus on wellness. The house has everything; comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and lots of cool added extras for fun in the sand and water. Super responsive awesome host. We all want to go back!! You won't want to leave! Stay here :)
