The location is spectacular, and really nice feeling of independence and privacy while being connected to everything
We were lucky we were there in low season in peak season. It would be a very different experience.
We didn’t realise that there is an occupant upstairs and about 1 am. They came home like elephants due to the lack of insulation.
The worst part of our day was we were not informed to bring a swimming cap - hence l forced to buy one for the one hour that we were allowed to swim
the pool had so many regulations, and when we came it needed to be closed
In the end we had one hr at the pool and for that we had to pay 16 euro to buy caps that I had at home and could have brought with me !!!!
We also made a mistake with our booking which caused us to pay €150 more than we needed ( which they said is our own fault - not very kind)
the €16 was like salt on our wound

Very stifling atmosphere and when we brought this to their attention they had absolutely no concern for the customer experience. Only concern was for their rules.
No one was swimming at all in the pool .

bella la struttura, immersa nella pineta.. rilassante e col servizio navetta godi del mare senza stress! l’unica pecca gli appartamenti!!! datati e purtroppo veramente sporchi.. peccato perché la struttura merita.. il pavimento in bagno già sudicio.. pentole e utensili per la cucina altrettanto e purtroppo non offrono beni per garantire minimo confort (una semplice bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo o almeno sapone mani in bagno) fanno la differenza!

Le stanze buie, il letto scomodissimo si sente la rete del materasso, la pulizia voto 3. Se dovessi tornare in questo Hotel-Residence? Assolutamente NO
