About this apartment rental
Our house is located on the bike and hiking trail between Wallmerod and Westerburg. You can start long hikes or bike tours right on the doorstep. Just bring your bikes with you. Entry into the Westerwaldsteig in approx. 5 km. A garden sauna is available all year round for wellness and relaxation (for a fee) and in the summer months (15. April - 15 September) a swimming pool with loungers in the garden is available free of charge. We also offer a corner for sitting and barbecuing outdoors. The garden with garden sauna and screen wall were redesigned in 2016 - 2017. Free parking space. Quiet location, away from the street. A bathing lake with a pizzeria is about 1 km away. There are many beautiful destinations nearby. Here are some examples: • Wiesensee • Westerwäder Seenplatte • Westerburg Adventure Station • Stöffelpark • Bad Marienberg Wildlife and Leisure Park • Holzbach Gorge • Limburg Cathedral • Koblenz with the German Corner • The Middle Rhine Valley and the Moselle • Castles and Palaces on the Rhine and Moselle

The exclusive apartment has a size of 48 m² and can accommodate a max. 4 people are inhabited. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. It was completely new, of high quality and modern furnishings and of course has a separate entrance. 2 people sleep in the bedroom in a double bed. For max. 2 more people can convert the couch into a sofa bed in the living room. A large passage was built between the kitchen and living room to make everything open and friendly. The apartment is not barrier-free. Our apartment is located in the basement. Nice and cool in summer and a cozy feeling in winter thanks to underfloor heating. Here is an overview of the high-quality equipment of our apartment: • New fitted kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine • Double bed in the bedroom • Modern couch with bed function in the living room • Separate dining area • 55 inch LED TV in the living room and 40 inch LED TV in the bedroom • Free WiFi also in the garden area • Underfloor heating, towel dryer in the bathroom • Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror in the bathroom • Bed linen and towels included
Costs on site: For wellness and relaxation, our guests have a garden sauna all year round (for a fee of € 3.50 per hour) and in the summer months (15. April - 15 September) a swimming pool with loungers in the garden is available free of charge. We also offer a corner for sitting and barbecuing outdoors. Bed linen and towels are also included. The cleaning fee of 30 € is included in the price of the day of departure.
