About this house rental
The original farmhouse was built around 1890 and since then has been in about the family. In recent years, the farmhouse and barn has been redeveloped. The house originated from the old barn and a part of the dwelling house. Here you can experience a stylish mix of traditional and modern architecture.
Lehmen is located about 19 km from Koblenz and about 31 km from Cochem with its two hamlets Lehmen and Moselsürsch on the left bank of the Moselle. as well as other municipalities of the Lower Moselle is Lehmen climatically favored in one of the warmest regions in Germany. Perhaps Lehmen also therefore already in Roman times target of colonization. First mentioned the place in the year 865 was n. Chr. In a document of the East Frankish King Louis the German, under the name "Liomena".
In Lehmen there are about 100 meters from the property and a bakery about 300m
welcomes the Gutsschänke Würzlayhof with your extensive range. The train station is about 800 meters away. Shops can be found in about 1.8 km away Kobern-Gondorf or in Münstermaifeld.

Herr und Frau Bruns empfingen uns mit ihrer unkomplizierten Art, um uns genaue Einweisungen bei unserer Ankunft zu geben. Keine Überraschungen, alles funktionierte tip top. Die Wohnung ist über eine Hohe Treppe zu erreichen, sehr lichtdurchflutet und löst direkt einen WOW Faktor aus. Historisches Gemäuer wurde sehr gekonnt restauriert und in Moderne Bauweise und Wohnen integriert. Sehr geschmackvoll und gelungen .Betonen möchten wir die beiden Doppelschlafzimmer mit je einem modernen Bad, dass unser erwachsener Sohn sehr begrüßte. Wohn- und Esszimmer sind mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet, sowie die Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen.Das Haus steht im Alten Ortskern , nicht weit zu Fuß gibt es eine Bäckerei und den Bahnhof für den Nah und Fernverkehr. So können sie schnell die umliegenden Orte für ihre Einkäufe und Erkundungen erreichen.Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus kam uns gerade Recht! Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit!
