About this apartment rental
Embedded in the romantic beauty of the Rhine/Mosel region, just north of Koblenz, the holiday apartment Beletage is situated in the heart of Neuwied / Heddesdorf and offers south-facing terrace with beautiful views. Renovated and redecorated in 2019, the bright apartment with calming colors consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) and a modern, flat-screen television, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a drying machine. From the bedroom, you have access to a 30 m², south-facing terrace, equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, a stainless-steel charcoal barbecue and an electric table grill. Boasting beautiful views of the surrounding gardens, this is the perfect place to a fresh morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Due to the apartment’s marvelous location, a supermarket, bakery, a butcher’s and a bus stop are located within a 280 m radius (or 3 minutes walking). The main shopping streets of city centre are furthermore just about a 10-minute walk or 1 km away. As the Middle Rhine Valley is especially cherished for its romantic ruins, vineyards and gorgeous outdoors, you will find historic castles, wineries and amazing hikes just a few kilometres away.

Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in the courtyard.
As the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, guests are requested to respect the neighbors and to keep noise levels at a minimum after 10pm. This is of particular importance in relation to the use of the terrace.

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hat uns mit Leckereien zum Trinken versorgt...Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Apartment mit guter Internetverbindung.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Selbst im Kühlschrank fanden wir kleine Überraschungen vor, was uns sehr gefreut hat.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung liegt zentral.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig, und Silvia ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, sie hatte uns sogar ein Bierchen und etwas Milch für den Kaffee im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Silvia ist wirklich eine exzellente Gastgeberin!
