I could not recommend this property more. My friends and I stayed here while on exchange from Canada. The location was amazing, the host Anna was spectacular and was so kind.
Unfortunately we did have our boiler break after the first day of being at the property, but our host was so accommodating and was able to offer us a discount for our group. She tried her absolute best to help try and resolve the issue as best as possible. We genuinely could not recommend this stay more, especially for a larger group/ family.

La ubicación es estupenda y está muy bien comunicado por autobús y metro con todos los lugares de interés de Londres. El tamaño del apartamento es grande.
La atención al cliente muy mala. No respondieron mis mails previos al viaje y eso derivó en una discusión con quien me atendió por teléfono cuando llegué que fue muy desagradable. Las camas tienen colchones muy blandos.
