Beautifully designed and decorated with a stunning view. Everything was first class. Located in a peaceful, quiet, neighborhood this condo was joy to come home to after a busy day adventuring. The host was so helpful, knowledgeable, communicated well for check in and was real delight. Merci Michel!We'll be back for sure!

Lovely apparment inside, very modern and well equipped.
Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road.
The owner Michel was a very kind and attentive man and went way beyond his duties in helping us resolve difficulties with the rental car. If you do stay, make sure you have a SMALL car, as the car parks in Annecy are largely the underground type seemingly designed to cause damage to cars!

Lovely flat. Only complaint is that there is only one toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. Didn’t notice that in the description—assumed a bathroom would have a toilet. Owner very helpful with explaining, and some of the facilities need explanation. All in all, beautiful flat.
