We vacation at Pacific Beach often since we got married there in 2014, and family joins us when we can visit again. This vacation rental was comfortable with some exceptions, and suited us well. We'd consider bringing the whole family in the future.
Kindergarten height toilet needs to be replaced. For a couple of old ladies with bad knees, this was a huge problem. Also the very sparsely flowing rain shower head. Also you need a non slip tub mat...the sloped tub was slick and kinda scary.
And the ridiculously dim but overly huge dining room chandelier was....inadequate. And oddly weird. Non standard bulb/socket, so we couldn't even swap out the dim bulb for something brighter. We re- purposed the sitting area lamp to play Scrabble at the dining table Saturday eve.
Oh and the ceiling height smoke alarm went off when we opened the oven door for a moment, and then we couldn't shut it off for a minute or two. Why are those things at the peak of the ceiling?
Last- the front door cypher lock was wonky, not easy to use. Weird that you have to re lockit the same way you open it, and it took several tries to get it to work.

They replaced the key box with Door code (our second trip here), this was excellent and easier to deal with. Close to beach everything you need is here. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Space kept in good condition. Small minimart had any essiintials you may need. Coffee shop has decent back goods. People friendly.
They need to check lightbulbs in lamps and fixtures and put a brighter one in dinning area. Also TOO many decorative pillows. Not needed :)
