This is a lovely property very close to the state park (and 4 minutes to the beach). The kitchen is fully stocked. The closest grocery store is in Seabrook, however. Some houses in this area may be run down, so don't expect anything like its (far) more expensive neighbor to the South. Overall, we had a great time.

Overall the property was good, location, updated, and all the amenities needed to cook with. However, there were a couple of issues. The property does state it allows dogs, which I don't have a problem with, since I sometimes will bring my dog. But I figured the property would take extra steps to ensure that there is minimal dog hair left by the previous guests. I didn't notice when we first walked in, but when sweeping the floor, after we come back from the beach, I was sweeping up noticeable amounts of dog hair. Even the carpet had dog hair and the sheets on the bed. If the rental is going to allow dogs, you need to deep clean for the next guest. I also pulled up the cushions on the couches, they definitely have not been pulled off in some time and vacuumed under. Also, they have installed the most sensitive smoke alarm, it didn't matter what you were cooking it would go off, even with windows open. It was annoying. Everything else about this place was great, however I don't know if I would rebook this place again since the cleanliness of the unit was so poor. Which is disappointing.
