Sunkissed 3BR beach getaway - dog-friendly fenced yard, firepit, glimpse ocean views, near beach access, sleeps 8

Very clean & updated. Comfy beds, plenty of towels & linens. Wonderful well made furniture covers for pets. Dog bed, dog bowls. Wonderful little fenced backyard with a garden and fire pit & barbecue grill.

To many note’s everywhere. Many things are pretty self explanatory. Notes literally everywhere. Pillows pretty overstuffed and firm, but they had extra pillows that were perfect.

I liked that we only had to empty the garbage before we left, but we did try not to leave a mess behind us. The location was convenient to beach access and the neighborhood was quiet- the people were nice.

Parking was tight and limited to three vehicles. We actually had 5 vehicles because we were part of a movie crew, as well as having family join us for the weekend, so we had to park some of the cars elsewhere. Getting to the back yard through the bedroom was awkward at times and had to be done in order to open the gate into the back yard. Understandable, though. Just inconvenient at times. The water alarm under the toilet went off in the middle of the night, but the property manager was responsive and explained the alarm, which was new to us. It was handled fairly quickly.

Location is easy to find and in quiet, non-busy area. Home was exceptionally clean. Our little dog was secure. House well equipped. When the sun's out, the top balcony is wonderful.

Have to drive to beach (but we knew that ahead of time). Only one restaurant in PB.

This is absolutely the cleanest property I've rented! It is very close to the beach (ocean views and can hear it with the windows open, walk to it in 5 mins). This home offered a lot more than other vacation homes I've stayed at -- plenty of kitchen items, great outdoor spaces (the apples were just starting to bloom!), plenty of bath items and basic cooking ingredients. And everything was well cared for and higher quality -- I haven't seen that very often in rentals. Whenever I visit Olympic, I stay at vacation rentals so I don't have to drive all the way back same day -- this was one of the better ones. I'll be back for sure!

Nothing negative to note. Would I have liked for it to be right on the sand, yes -- but I wasn't willing to pay for a property like that. This home was a great alternative -- very close to the ocean with views, and with more to offer and in better shape than most beach fronts I've rented in the past. It was worth the short walk.
