Die Lage war Top, sehr ruhig. Sehr schön war die mit Benutzung der Sauna, man konnte sich auch im angrenzenden Mühlgraben gleich abkühlen.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten an unserem Wochenende mit zwei Chemnitzbesuchen zum Kulturhauptstadtjahr und einem Familientreffen in Lichtenwalde viel vor, so dass wir leider kaum Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Bei Regen kann man es sich darin aber richtig gemütlich machen. Es gibt sogar eine Sauna, die wir leider nicht genutzt haben. Nachts braucht man keine Ohropax, so ruhig ist es!
Die eine Matratze im Spitzboden ist eine Federkernmatratze, deren Federn man spürt. Unsere Kinder haben nach einer Nacht getauscht, aber beide haben auf dieser Matratze nicht gut geschlafen.

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön. Wer Natur und Wasser mag ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Gerade als Familie ist die zweite Toilette echt Gold wert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Diese Mischung Natur und altem Fabrikgelände ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes.
