Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war nahezu perfekt. Küche und Badezimmer riesengroß. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Chmnitz kommen dann garantiert in dieser Wohnung. 10 Punkte.

Zufälligerweise waren die Vermieter gerade auch anwesend, um die neue Wohnung im Erdgeschoss auszustatten. Es war sehr nett, sie kennenzulernen.

Gute Lage, viel zusätzliche Dinge, wie Spiele und Bücher. Schlüssel vor Ort.
Oberflächlich sauber, in den Ecken lag der Dreck. Seltsame Aufteilung- Küche als Durchgangsraum zum Bad. Türen gingen alle zum Flur hin auf, bei 4 Personen muss man schon aufpassen, dass man sich nicht ständig blockiert.
