Sehr aufmerksam! Der Vermieter hat sich während unserer Anreise telefonisch gemeldet, um sicher zu gehen, dass ich alle Informationen bekommen habe. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar in der Fußgängerzone, wenige Schritte in Nähe eines günstigen Parkhauses. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung und in Chemnitz!!!

Fast am Marktplatz vor dem Rathaus gelegene Whg. miiten in the city. Dennoch ruhiges Schlafzimmer, weil zur Hofseite nach hinten gerichtet. Zentral und ruhig. Gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. und auch Platz in der Whg. für mind. 4P Schnell fühlt man sich wohl und gut aufgehoben und sehr, sehr sauber.
Der Tv hat keine Fernbedienung, nur die amazon-Fire-Stick lag vor Ort

Zentrale Lage, kurze Wege ins Zentrum, gute Größe und Aufteilung.
Keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten, die angegebene Hausnummer ist auch mit Navi kaum zu finden, da in einem Zwischendurchgang und die Hausnummer nicht ordentlich ausgeschildert ist. Zudem ist das ganze Gebiet quasi Innenstadtring, welcher für den öffentlichen Verkehr nicht freigegeben ist. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern ist recht bescheiden für die Anzahl an möglichen Schlafplätzen.
