Excellent location and great setup. It was perfect for a family of two adults and two kids. Washer and dryer was extremely useful. Provided amenities were thoughtful and appreciated (complimentary champagne, a bottle of water, Kleenex, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Checking in was easy and the communication was excellent.

Very well updated with modern facilities and comfort items such as ac/heat, hot water in each bathroom, full laundry. Many others as well. Very comfortable and quite large rooms. Nice kitchen and above all was very clean in all ways.
The property itself is fantastic and we had no issues with it. There was a bit of noise from the “street” in the evenings but I think that’s going to happen anywhere in this area due to the small size of the streets and the fact we were visiting during holidays.

Location and the kitchen and it has netflix. All rooms had air con which was needed. The host property manager was good with communication and answered straight away.
I know its Venice everything is old and some things come with the overall condition of a sinking city. But the beds were not comfortable they all need upgrading. But the worst was the bathrooms. Two bathrroms, one was very very small and had carpet on the floor. The second in the main bedroom had a shower that length was fine but not the width. As a bigger person you could barely move. Hardly any hot water the tank is too small for 4 people. There was a sign saying to mop up any water straight away as any amount will go down stairs to the shops below. So water proofing isnt a thing? There were all sorts of strange sounds coming from the bathroom constantly, i dont know if it was the water heater but it was not okay. I think most apartments will be this way with a stuffy kind of feeling and smell. The walls and floors were uneven and the bathroom door got stuck half way. The blankets they use are not the kind you can change the cover so i suspect its not changed or cleaned in between guests. There was a rat or mouse in there but thats to be expected i guess. The stairs leading from the street to the apartment floor are quite dangerous and steep. The woman in the shops told us she can hear stomping. First night jazz was playing loudly from 9pm till 12am. The second night the shop people were talking very loudly for hours until 12am. While the location is good for walking its a lively loud area.
