About this house rental
We rent a freshly renovated, fully equipped bungalow with 3.5 rooms (approx. 60 sqm) on the edge of an extensive forest area with a direct view of a lake. In just three minutes you can walk to a beautiful swimming lake with a sandy beach,
• 2 people per day 45 €,
• New Year offer: from January 2nd to March 15th: each additional guest 10 € instead of 15 € per person
• Children up to 2 years free, 2-12 years per child / night 10 €
• Long-term bookings with discounts possible on request,
• Pet: one-time fee of € 18
• The property with the holiday home is completely available for your own use
• Access is via a key box, so you can arrive and depart stress-free.
The house is designed for up to 6 people

• The outdoor area was newly created with a 20sqm terrace, garden furniture and a grill
• The property is completely fenced with a children's playground with a play tower, slide and swing.
• You can expect a comfortably furnished holiday home with central heating that can be used all year round.
• Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 cm X 200 cm),
• Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed (2x (90x200cm))
• Living room with dining table and chairs. The L-couch can be pulled out if necessary.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (integrated freezer), stove with oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans,
• Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet,
• Bed linen is included. Towels are not included
• Important: Smoking is not permitted in the holiday homes; a covered terrace is available.

Der Bungalow liegt fantastisch! Ja er ist von der Ausstattung etwas Spartanisch aber das macht auch den Charme aus. Der Vermieter ist sehr umgänglich und ging auch spontan auf unseren Wunsch ein. Ganz Toll! Würde sagen wir fahren da nochmal hin.

Ist soweit alles da, was man benötigt. Wir waren im Ort jeden Abend Essen, deshalb war das mit nur 2 Kochplatten für uns ok. Mit unserem beiden Hunden war es dann doch etwas kuschelig, aber ok. Von den 3 Zeichen sind nur 2 für Hunde erlaubt! Man kann dort gut wandern und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht.
