About this house rental
To rent a holiday home in Unterwellenborn district Könitz. You can enjoy (by car 5 minutes) very close to the 'Thüringer Sea'. many attractions like the Saalfeld Fairy Caves, the castle Heidecksburg, the castle Ranis that Schwarzadal the Greifenstein castle in Bad Blankenburg also lie so near. Furthermore there is the possibility to pursue various sporting activities. Könitz located directly on the Saale Cycle Route and directly in Könitz exists a Republic-wide known archery field. In Kaulsdorf and Altenbeuthen the possibility Paragliding is carried out both as a slope start as well with winds.
Also appearing in Hohenwarte a very nice 18 hole mini-golf course.
On the Saale You have the possibility to perform various water and boat sports.
Cottage facilities:
* Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob / oven and dishwasher
* Living / dining room with air conditioning and fireplace
* Sleeping area in the loft with 1 double and 1 single bed
* Bathroom with shower / toilet / urinal
* 20 sqm Covered terrace
Pool and garden use also like possible.
Furthermore there is the possibility a fireplace with barbecue to benefit.
Prices are incl. Bed linen, towels and cleaning. Minimum 3 days / nights. For stays under 3 days we charge 5.00 € per day.
Furthermore, an extra bed for a 4th and 5th. Person on a sofa bed for 5,00 € per day / person possible. Pet € 5.00 per day / per pet.
We can provide wood for the fireplace, but we have to charge 2.50 € per basket.

Vermietern dieses sehr schönen Ferienhauses.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gestaltet.
Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und sind auch schon mehrfach gefragt worden, wo dieses Haus steht.

Wir haben knapp einen Monat als Übergamgsunterkunft in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Auch für Kleinkinder sehr interessant!

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und eingerichtet. Auch der herrliche Ausblick von der Terrasse lässt einen direkt im Urlaub ankommen. Familie Gruner hat uns herzlich in Ihrem kleinen Paradies empfangen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.
