This apartment is located two floors up (45 steps) and occupies the entire floor of a building facing the Oblate Monastery just a few moments from the Duomo. This home has recently been renovated and redecorated with great and refined taste and attention to detail with comfort in mind, ideal after a tough day of exploring our city. Santa Maria Novella Central station is a 10 minutes' walk away, whereas the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi are all just a short stroll away, in a neighborhood filled with restaurants, shops, cafés, and anything you may wish for during your stay in Florence! INTERIORAs you first enter, you'll instantly feel welcomed and embraced by the warmth of the ambiance of the living area with spectacular views over the Oblate Monastery dating back to 1288.
This apartment can accommodate up to eight people thanks to its three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a double sofa bed. Special mention of the pleasant terrace in one of the bedrooms and spacious bathroom.
Every room is flooded with natural light thanks to the many windows and plenty of storage space. The living area is very spacious and airy feeling, equipped with a comfortable sofa, which can be turned into a queen-size bed. There is a fully equipped and functional kitchen in addition to a solid wood table where you can enjoy a family meal. Just beyond is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the same beautiful views over the Oblate monastery cloister. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer can serve also as a storage room for luggage making this home ideal for a long-term stay. The two other bedrooms are both elegant and welcoming feeling, featuring queen size beds (1 queen bed is splittable into 2 beds), and large closets and one of them has a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine.

We really liked this Florence apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was air conditioning. A quick walk to so many good restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

Apartment is in perfect location. Description was exactly as noted. Check in process was easy. Apartment had everything that we needed. Market, bakery, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Great time.
