Check-in was straightforward and the reception staff were very helpful. Milk capsules were in the fridge. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. It is perfectly located near Gloucester Road tube station and the area is getting a makeover- nice mix of local cafes,small restaurants and classic pubs within walking distance
The hotel/apartment area is still being upgraded/refurbished and is due to be completed by end of June. Apart from that everything was as expected.

Very surprised by locatio, how close it was to tube and shops yet quiet. Staff friendly day and helpful. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable beds.

The location is superb. The train station is three minutes away and with connections to all the places you would like to visit. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarkets are conveniently located. The staff are professional. They warmly received us and were available. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery. The place looks exactly as the photos.
