Location is very central,
The rooms are new and clean that is not very common in Italy
Good communication
We had a free upgrate on request.
The breakfast in bar is not the best sollution, would prefere at the structure.
The check out is very early 10:30 it could be 11 and better 12

Really special... modern, super-clean, well-appointed, and the perfect location at the edge of the palace. Plus, the MOST comfortable bed I've slept in in Italy. I would recommend this B&B whole-heartedly!

This property was easy to find and very convenient. Valentina is very responsive and a great host. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Our breakfast at a nearby cafe was also great.
The apartment is right across the road from the Royal Palace, with a variety of restaurants close by. We could also park our motorbike just across the street in a small square. It worked very well for us.
Nothing to dislike.
