Grande disponibilità dell' host a risolvere anche piccoli problemi, arredamento ricercato ed elegante della stanza, pulizia impeccabile, posizione centralissima, colazione in un bar limitrofo confortevole.

Location central and access simple and instructions clear. Room a good size and quiet. Bed comfortable. Parking (extra paid to attendant) was fairly convenient but a 5min walk from the residence.
Room not quite as described: no bidet, no coffee maker (just a kettle), no separate entrance, not what I would call a landmark or city view from balcony. The pictures were accurate.
Bathroom cramped, safety deposit box too small for 13" laptop.
Breakfast at nearby cafe was disappointing. The voucher allowed for tea/coffee, croissant and juice. Between us we had 2x coffee, 1x small tart and 1x fruit salad and were charged extra.
The room is on the 4th floor and there is a lift but it is very small - the host recommended one person at a time or to just use it for luggage and take the stairs. We managed to fit two in plus luggage but it was intimate.
