Several highlights but also some areas that could be improved. On the positive side, the location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the city and close to key attractions, which made moving around easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant way to start the day, offering a decent selection, and the spacious bathroom added a touch of comfort that made the stay more relaxing. I also appreciated having access to the gym, which is a nice feature for guests who want to keep up with their fitness routine while traveling. In general, the room itself was comfortable, and I felt at ease during my time there.
There were a few negatives that stood out. The remote control in my room wasn’t working properly, which was a small but frustrating inconvenience. While the breakfast buffet was good, I noticed that the savoury options were somewhat limited, and a bit more variety would have made it much better. In terms of cleanliness, some areas of the room were dusty, which detracted from the overall impression of care and attention to detail. Another issue was that the internet point wasn’t functioning during my visit, which was disappointing since reliable connectivity is important for both leisure and business travelers. Finally, the walls seemed quite thin, as I could clearly hear people in the room next to mine, which affected the sense of privacy and quiet.
The hotel has strong points such as its location, comfort, and amenities, but it would benefit from improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and soundproofing. With a few adjustments, it could offer a much more consistent and enjoyable experience.

The welcome was friendly and the hotel was quiet, despite being on a major road. The decoration is interesting : one sees why it is called Europa Art. Check-in was very smooth and the parking arrangement (you need to reserve in advance) is quite convenient - you can unload your car in front of the hotel and then drive the vehicle to the parking lot, 25 metres further on, on the opposite side of the road. The room was very comfortable with good wifi and good airco. My room also had a large balcony, although it must be said the view from it was, let's say, urban in the extreme 😀. Finally the breakfast, served by a charming lady who allowed my dog to accompany me into the dining room, was really good with an excellent choice of both sweet and savoury. Bravo!
This cannot be changed by the hotel, but the surroundings are lacklustre. I walked to the Reggia (10 minutes) but couldn't go in because of my dog.

Welcoming and helpful staff

Breakfast could offer something a bit more traditional/local (less commercial). They have such amazing food in this part of Italy, but the breakfast table showed standard stuff you would find generally in hotels. There is a café shop just outside the hotel that shows some of the stuff I mean: maybe have breakfast there??
Coffee looked out of an average coffee machine.
Room a bit small, despite being fairly functional.
Given the above, perhaps this stay was slightly overpriced?
