Lovely flat with large terrace sea view.
Lovely large flat with fine furniture in Pedaso, sea at 150 meters. Access to the flat by lift from the private car park in front of the building. Fine location with sea view, in the center of Pedaso, immersed in nature with a large private park at the back. It can lodge 5 people. The block has a private square with benches and lamposts. Pedaso awarded "Bandiera Blu" ("Blue Flag") among the best beaches of Italy thanks to the protection of environment and the quality of its beach water. Sandy beach at 150 metres with bathing establishments and restaurants, rocky beach at 300 metres. Shops, supermarkets, bars and all other services within easy reach. Railways Station at 300 metres. No pets admitted.
Tips and activities
Pedaso offers several low-budget and high quality fish restaurants, some of them by the sea and some pizzerias. There are also 4 producers of both white and red wine that offer free tastings of their products. In Pedaso and in the nearby towns, rich in art and culture, numerous festivals of fish , meat and local food are held . In August it's the 52nd "Mussels Festival" one of the oldest and most famous Italian Festival which attracts thousands of people to eat delicious sea food. Nearby there are the following middl-age art towns: Fermo (15 km), Ascoli Piceno (50 km), Macerata (50 km) where the lyric season at Sferisterio is held in July and August. This open air season is one of the most important summer season in Italy and Recanati (60 km) Giacomo Leopardi's home town. San Benedetto del Tronto (15 km) offers one of the most beautiful and fascinating sea-side promenade in Italy where you can enjoy 5 Km of partying "movida" with tens of bars and chalets. Natural beauties to visit: Showing peaks over 2.000 metres, the Appennini mountains are 60 km. away, with natural parks and guided or unguided walks and the spectacular Frasassi Caves 70 km far. Rome can be reached by car in just 2 hours. Pedaso is a child-friendly village which offers both a dedicated big garden and a playground rich in facilities. Some sandy stretches of the sea have been limited by rocks: parents can relax while their kids bath in safe, low and calm waters. Mount Serrano with Mediterranean maquis is another characteristic of Pedaso; it reaches the seafront offering a charming view without a break between the sea and the mountain. The flat is at the mountainside . In Pedaso there is a tennis court, a very active Canoe and Kayak Club which organizes marine excursions night and day (equipment can be rent). A few kilometers away there is the charming Golf course "I Lauri". Pedaso's promenade lighted at night (prohibited to motor vehicles) winds by the sea for 2 kilometers: it represents a wonderful facility for jogging, rides and romantic walks. When in Pedaso forget your car: everything is within easy reach on foot or by bicycle, the use of which is included in the price of the flat.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Die Terrasse sehr groß.
Leider war das Inserat nicht 100% korrekt. Z.B. hatten wir auf 2 Fahrräder gehofft, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Leider gab es nur eines. Auch die tägliche Poolbenutzung war nicht möglich. Als kompromiss wurde uns 1 Termin pro Woche angeboten. Internet war nicht vorhanden.
Die Wohnung war aber wunderbar. Die Lage auch sehr gut. Herr Albanesi ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sofort auf Fragen und Anmerkungen reagierte.
Pedaso ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort. Der Strand sehr schön.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento del Sig. Albanesi per 7 giorni e da subito si è dimostrato accomodante e cordiale. Ci ha accompagnati per tutta Pedaso per farci conoscere le meraviglie del paesino e le comodità che offre. L'appartamento, grande e pulito, si è dimostrato comodo a tutto e ideale per la nostra bambina. Tutto fantastico.. Consiglio a famiglie con bambini perché Pedaso è veramente bella soprattutto per vacanze rilassanti. Sicuramente torneremo perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Ancora un grazie al Sig. Albanesi per l'ospitalità!

Appartamento che rispecchia le aspettative, grande, ben disposto, e accogliente.
Il sig. Rinaldo persona squisita, premuroso, e disponibile a darti suggerimenti per rendere gradevole, il soggiorno a Pedaso.
Esperienza senza altro positiva, da consigliare, e sicuramente da ripetete l'anno prossimo.

La casa nel complesso non è male, ma io metterei qualche utensile da cucina in più, metterei anche una moka più piccola, per non dover usare quella da 6 per un caffè e delle tazze un po' più grandi per la colazione.
Paese tranquillo, per chi non ama il caos.
