Located in a building of only 2 floors, located on the 1st and a half and last floor (3 flights of stairs), all facing east. Sleeps 6, spread over two floors: the main one consists of two double bedrooms with the possibility of transforming into doubles (one also has a single bunk bed above the double), bathroom with tub-shower and washing machine, closet closet , large corridor at night with wardrobe of about 3.5mt., hall (with large 3-door window, table, chairs, 2 sofas, one with single bed, TV) separated from the kitchenette (about 3m long with its own window) with a sliding glass door. La casa avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione, ma giusto a livello di imbiancatura, per il resto ci siamo trovati molto bene, è situata in una zona tranquilla da dove quasi non si sente il treno, e nemmeno i rumori della "movida" serale, allo stesso tempo in due minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la spiaggia che la passeggiata dove la sera si trovano negozi, bancarelle e intrattenimento per i più piccoli.
Il garage per la macchina è una gran comodità.
