As the houses is wonderfully situated in the „middle“ of le Marche you can decide every day anew, whether to go to the beach or the mountains. Step right out of the house and stock up on some culture in the medieval towns and cities everywhere around you. Just around the corner you'll find the historical town of Fermo with cathedral, roman cisterns, museums, theatre, a big market place and many boutiques. You need only 20-30 minutes to the beach and 30-40 minutes to the mountains. Enjoy shopping and beach-life in the beautiful town of Porto San Giorgo or hiking, climbing and mountain-biking in the magical Sibillian Mountains.
From the ample terraces you can enjoy the panoramic view over the typical hillside to the often snow covered mountains. The guest house is spacious and well equipped for year round living - cool in summer & warm in winter.
Other activities: Many cultural activities including opera and traditional festivals.

Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und durch die Lage konnten wir wunderbar "faule Tage" im Schatten des Olivenbaums mischen mit Tagen am Strand, in den Bergen und in den bezaubernden Orten der Umgebung. Bei der Einrichtung ist an alles gedacht, besonders gefallen hat uns die Vielzahl der möglichen Sitzplätze je nach Tageszeit und Wetterlage. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir sind bereits zum Dritten Male in der Capanna zu Besuch gewesen, es waren wieder wunderbare entschleunigte Tage in einem bezauberndem Haus, in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man benötigt, einem wunderbaren Garten umrahmt von Olivenbäumen, Weinstöcken, blühenden Rosen und und und...einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf Petritoli, ein kleines Städtchen mit viel Flair und Leben.
Wir kommen wieder!

Die Capanna ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber . Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Jede Menge Informationen zu Ausflügen, Wandern + Radfahren liegen bereit. Die Lage ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter können super Tipps für Restaurants, Veranstaltungen etc. geben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles :-)
