This one bedroom apartment is perfect for one or two people looking to come to Bristol. With a new King sized bed, you can get a good nights sleep. I
Guests have a private entrance down a few stairs (which have a light) and access to the whole property. There is also a great outdoor space with a seating area to enjoy on a sunny day (which you will hopefully get!).
Please be aware, the flat can be noisy at times due to the neighbors upstairs

The Neighborhood:
You are in a great location when staying in this flat, with easy access to Clifton Village, the Triangle and Whiteladies Road. It is also easily accessible to the City Centre either by a short taxi, walk, bus or train.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is a basement flat and so has some stairs down to it. There is a light through to help you. With it being a basement flat it has private access to the garden. It is a light flat as the back of the house is ground floor level, not your average basement flat.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs due to the short change around time our cleaners have to prepare the property.
There is no parking with the property however there is on street pay and display.

The Team at Hopewell look after Charlotte's property for her, and we are on hand to answer any questions you have. We provide you with a telephone number which you can use anytime, and if you do need anything while on your stay, we are local and can come round when needed. Apart from that, we will let you enjoy your holiday/stay in Bristol.

A lovely spacious flat with everything we needed. We didn't use the outside area as it wasn't very tidy (weeds, leaves and some litter). Excellent location, we enjoyed our stay.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment whilst visiting family. It is quite large, warm and well equipped, with a comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with a great shower, good kitchen, comfortable vining and dining room, along with a washer dryer. We will definitely try stay here again, the next time we visit Bristol.

The basement apartment had poor street appeal, yard needs a brush and door is rotten on bottom, internally walls were marked and looked more like a student type place than private apartment. Due to the basement level front room and kitchen a little dark.
Television a nightmare to operate,so gave up.
Great bathroom and lovely big bed, some wasted space in flat, and sofa through quite smelly. The place needed a good luck of paint.
Venue in a very student location, parking as always a challenge in Bristol. No public long term parking near apartment.
