Apt was centrally located, sauna and washer and dryer was a plus. Supermarket and mall walking distance.
Some little things were not working (like room lights next to bed, the jacket hanger), but property manager could fix when he checks the property.

Location was amazing. Very brief walk to a large supermarket located at the back of the apartment and located across the road from a bus stop. Short walk to the city centre. Sauna, washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
Before arriving, I received an email offering early check-in. I was delighted and requested a 3pm check-in, which was accepted. I knew I would receive an email on the day of arrival with instructions on how to access the apartment, and I assumed this would simply be a code or straightforward entry instructions.
We arrived in a taxi shortly after 3pm with four children, two large suitcases, and six backpacks. I checked my email, I discovered we had to walk 250m to a car park to collect the key. As we were unfamiliar with the area, so relied on the directions provided in the link, but the location provided was actually about 800m away and to a fast food restaurant, which was very inconvenient.
My husband had to stay outside in the cold with three young children and all the luggage while my son and I walked for about 15–20 minutes to collect the key. When we arrived, we asked for directions to this car park, but the staff gave us a key. We were absolutely frozen walking back to the apartment- as this was completely unexpected, and we weren't dressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the key did not work when we returned to the apartment. We then had to ring the number provided for the apartment staff, who were not very apologetic and told us we had arrived early and needed to wait for another email confirming the apartment was ready. Eventually, someone came to let us in, but this was by far the most difficult and frustrating check-in experience I have ever had while on holiday.
After finally getting inside, all I wanted was to make a cup of tea. However, I was disappointed to find the dishwasher was full and had to be emptied, meaning we had to do housework immediately upon arrival. This did not create a welcoming first impression and suggested a lack of attention to the guest experience.
A few days later, we actually meet another family standing outside in the cold, again finding it extremely difficult to get into the apartment too.
