About this house rental
On the south side of the Rovaniemi town, close to the city services, by the Kemijoki beach, distance to the beach 11 m, river width 700 m, shallow beach, hard, rocky bottom, dock, stairs to the dock, own boat.
A wooden semi detached apartment, built in 1986, renovated and extended 2008. Living room, kitchen (no door).
Bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, third bedroom with 2 beds and a double bed. As an extra beds 4 mattresses, which can be placed where needed.
Sauna, washroom, dressing room, separate toilet, game room upstairs (not for sleeping), covered terrace and open terrace.
The washroom has a bath tub and toilet. An cable TV and Wi-Fi.
In the yard there is a slide and a sandbox for children.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage: Direkt am See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Nicht weit nach Rovaniemi. Freundlicher Kontakt und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Gut ausgestattete Küche. 2 Bäder (eines mit großer Sauna und Whirlpool). Neativ: Obwohl 2 Bäder vorhanden waren, gab es nur in einem der Bäder ein Miniwaschbecken. Fenster waren in einigen Zimmer nicht zu öffnen. Sessel im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen. Sofa mit unübersehbarem Bügeleisenabdruck!? Sofakissen zerknautscht. Ein wildes Durcheinan

Hemos estado genial, cómodos, como en casa. Esta bien ubicada, cerca de la población pero necesitas coche de alquiler o bien hay una parada de bus a 50m que te lleva al pueblo. La casa es grande y espaciosa y con una gran sauna. Lugar mágico.

Huis was niet schoon, vooral de keuken. Hebben voor die week 2 kasten schoon gemaakt en deze alleen maar gebruikt voor het dagelijks servies etc. Barbecue en open haard zat vol met verbrandde as. Kussens op bedden zaten vol ... ...plekken en stonken gigantisch. Geen wastafel met spiegel aanwezig, zo raar. Je moet een wasbakje naast toilet gebruiken om je tanden te poetsen en om jezelf op te frissen. In keuken waren 3 lampen die het niet deden. Zelfs lampje van afzuigkap is stuk. Toilet in doucheruimte zit verstopt. Hebben we zelf geprobeerd om goed te krijgen, want je bent met 7 personen. Was helaas voor tijdelijk, heel vervelend. Wat ons verbaasde was dat naast ons mensen woonde die in de ochtend om 06.00uur opstonden en waarschijnlijk naar hun werk gingen. Het hele ritueel van opstaan tot naar hun werk gaan was tot in details te horen. Wat gehorig, als laatste zette ze dan de wasmachine aan voor ze vertrokken. Het hele programma van de wasmachine hield je dan wakker en tot overmaat van ramp begon ook hun hond te blaffen en te janken als ze weg waren. We zijn gaan kijken waarom het zo gehorig is en komen tot de ontdekking dat het gedeelte van de grote slaapkamer bij het huis van de buren hoort. We hebben hierdoor weinig nachtrust gehad en veel ergenis. We bevelen dit huis dan ook niet aan voor vakantieverblijf.
