Comfy beds. Sauna, amenities lounges.
Apt was comfortable and mostly clean. Would stay again.
Clogged bathroom handbasin sink hadn't been cleaned in some time..water wouldn't drain andvwas clogged with debris.

Everything. The apartment was modern, big and very comfortable. Check in process was very easy. The location is the best, right in the city center. There is a large mall with big supermarket across the road. Buy the cloud berry jam here. It is cheaper than those sold in souvenir shop and higher quality too (it has higher berry content per 100g). Make sure you choose the strained version that is smooth and contain no berry seeds. The bus stop to santa claus village and airport is just in front of the mall. There is a burger king right below the apartment. The aurora tour that we took was just next to the apartment which makes it very convenient when returning from the tour at 1 AM in the morning. Also there is a delicious all you can eat buffet restaurant named "Osaka Teppanyaki" in the mall that offer great price for lunch. The host was also very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
A little improvement would be to separate the toilet and shower so it is more efficient. But it is not a big deal

Decent facilities, nicely decorated, clean and great location.
Gets extremely hot inside if it's 25+ degrees outside. Air conditioning is non-existent and it's been an issue for years if you read the reviews. You cannot even open the window in one of the bedrooms.
