About this house rental
The Villa Hellas (born 1996) was renovated with great love this year (2019) and completely renewed. There are 3 bright bedrooms (2 with balconies) with air conditioning and a modern bathroom with rain shower. Everything (including all furniture) is completely new. The open kitchen is fully equipped and this is also completely new (with all appliances). From the large living room with its panoramic windows you have an unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea. The balcony door leads you to a large terrace with table and chairs, which invites you to linger. From there, a stone staircase leads to the garden and the pool (from 2020, pictures will follow - so far only layout pictures as it turns out). For ecological reasons we did not use a very large pool, but 3m x 4.70m are sufficient for refreshment, especially since the sea is so close. This can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot (2 minutes / car).
At night, the large garden is illuminated with solar lights so that you can end the evening with one of the many seating options. You look down (the villa is on a small hill) at the lights of the small village of Pitsidia.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the village. Our neighbor (approx. 30m away) is the Melanouri horse farm. Martina and her family offer beach rides for children and adults. Otherwise, enjoy a secluded location with a fantastic view over the village of Pitsidia, the sea and north to the Psiloritis Mountains. It is truly difficult to find a better location.

We had a wonderfull stay at Villa Hellas!
It’s a perfect location, very calm but not to far from the center and the beach!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.
La maison est très bien placée avec une vue exceptionnelle. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. De Pitsidia nous sommes tout proche de Matala et les environs à visiter sont très typiques. Les hôtes sont à l écoute, d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse incroyables....nous y retournerons c'est sûr !
Je recommande vivement cette maison avec des enfants si vous voulez découvrir le sud de la Crête.

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und liegt in Fußentfernung zu allen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Pitsidia. Zum Komosstrand läuft man ca. 20 Minuten. Kommunikation und Abwicklung vor Ort perfekt.
