About this villa rental
Villa Kallisti-Artemis is about 3 km from the tourist town of Georgioupolis & very close from the sandy beach. Villa Kallisti-Artemis is harmoniously designed with the natural environment, offering all the modern comforts while retaining the traditional elements. The décor and colors chosen, draw their inspiration from the Minoan period. Enjoy a relaxing & comfortable stay with respect to quality of life and private moments, that our guest desires to benefit.

The villa is ideally located over the lake of Kournas in Apokoronas, Chania, an ideal holiday destination. In a privileged position just few minutes’ drive from the longest sandy beach, in walking distance from the traditional taverns, bar’s, cafe and tourist shops. Just 20km from the town of Rethymno and 40km from the picturesque city of Chania.
Villa Kallisti - Artemis can accommodate up to 6 quests (4 at the bedrooms and two more at the sofa/bed and the folding armchair of the living room).
On the ground floor there are two comfortable bedrooms (one bedroom with one single bed and one with double bed) with spacious wardrobes, air conditioning & smart TV. The rooms have direct access to the beautiful arches, covered veranda with the mini pool-jacuzzi with a magnificent view of the lake and of course the impressive garden around the Jacuzzi where you can relax, enjoying your drink or drink by admiring the unforgettable view of the lake and the sea under the sunshine. The lovely garden with its unique natural beauty and Mediterranean herbs is fully organized with sun loungers &tables. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and is very spacious with a bath, equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, a spacious living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The space is bright and airy with unlimited view of the lake and the sea. It consists of a comfortable two-seater-three-seater living room, plasma TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a dining room for 6 people and an armchair. In addition, there is a library with rich bibliography in the living room. The kitchen has many cupboards with all the necessary appliances and equipment for making meals.
The balcon door leads to a large veranda with a wooden pergola and stunning panoramic views of the lake and the deep blue sea and a wooden porch that expands ends up in the "landscaping"! The peaceful landscape will travel you with romance, ideal for enjoying a wine with a famous dish or coffee. This "terrace" creates the idyllic landscape and makes your holidays more carefree, full of beautiful memories!

Villa is lovely - spacious, nicely decorated and has all you need. The outside space is excellent and the views from inside and outside are incredible.
10 minute walk to the lake with great shops and restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to some lovely beaches.
Sofia is a great host and was quick to reply to all messages from booking to the end of our stay.
Really can't fault a thing and would recommend to anyone. We can't wait to retutn!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities worked well. Proximity to beaches such as Episkopos make for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We also enjoyed the trip to Chania and Souda Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only downside is the distance from a grocery store. There are lots of restaurants and tourists shops but if you find that you need some butter, your going to need a car. But otherwise, the views with your morning coffee is extraordinary.

We had an excellent vacation, the house is beautiful, conforms to the photos and very well equipped. Sofia is very attentive and always ready to help you with any request. The location of the house is ideal, close to the lake, tavernas and the beach!
