Perfect location for exploring Old Town and surrounding Kotor. Close to supermarkets, in the Centre of Old Town, walking distance from many attractions, shops & restaurants. The hosts helpful, kind and looking for ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing views of the square and the mountain. We loved staying here, it was clean, modern interior and finish in an historic building.

Общение с Дияной, её внимание и забота просто восхищают! Дияна прислала подробную инструкцию как попасть в квартиру, проблем не возникло. Для этого нужно преодолеть три лестницы, имейте это ввиду. Если у вас тяжёлый багаж сделать это будет проблематично. Апартаменты находятся на одной из самых красивых улиц Котора, имеют уютный внутренний двор. Вид из окна кухни просто великолепен, а колокольный звон добавляет атмосферы. Под окнами расположен ресторан, в котором приятно проводить время. Вечерами там играет прекрасная музыка, исполнитель с прекрасным голосом может довести вас до слёз. Музыка звучит до 12 ночи, но мне это никогда не мешало.
В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для проживания, спиральная машина, кофемашина, тостер, посуда и т.д.
Это не минус, а моё восприятие. Возможно кто-то вообще не обращает внимание на интерьер. Но только не я. Я много путешествую и видела разный уровень сервиса. Апартаменты очень устаревшие, интерьер не имеет единого стиля, освещение и тёплое, и холодное, мебель старая и не современная, чёрные кожаные диваны очень депрессивны. Апартаменты большие, но нет уюта, постельное белье разного цвета, полотенца не новые. Не хватает вешалки при входе или хотя бы крючков. Великолепное расположение и вид из окна , прекрасная хозяйка, но хотелось бы современный ремонт.

Lovely apartment in an historic building, right in the heart of the old town and overlooking one of the squares.
Nice big dining and lounge area, well appointed kitchen, and good sized bedrooms. Loved the little counter at the kitchen window overlooking the square, a perfect breakfast spot.
Communication from host was prompt, clear and helpful, and very friendly :)
Spotlessly clean.
Loved our stay.
It wasn’t an issue for us, but be aware it’s a decent climb up a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Might be a struggle for some with their luggage.
The pay-off is the great view over the town 😃

It was amazing, staying in a palace in old town was very unique experience , I highly recommend this place , we enjoyed a lot
