The location is amazing, very close in a few min walk to the old city, next to Voli supermarket, bakery and a mall and children playground. The apartment is really big, they have fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Big bedroom and closet and bathroom. Great and big private parking lot. And the highlight is that apartment has wonderful view to the mountains and the bay. Also 2 nice balconies. Lots of room for our toddler to play and eat in a table. The owner was really nice, was easy to communicate with them in WhatsApp and they also let to do late check out since our flight was in the afternoon.
For our apartment in the second floor we had to go up the staircase which was pretty tiring. We left our stroller in the car. But it's manageable. Also there is no microwave in the kitchen only oven and stove so it would be nice if they add it. Also there was a bad smell in the entrance of sewage so I think it should be fix. I saw they had construction for the elevator but it wasn't ready.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the old town. Easy check in and check out. Good communication from host. Everything you need was there and nice to have balconies. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Apartment in Kotor. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Old Town yet in a quiet area. Having a private parking space was a big plus. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor!
