It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of which rooms were on which floors in the listing. Fortunately, I was able to get the information I needed from the excellent property manager, Tom.

The home was very large & nice but wasn't exactly as advertised because yes the beach was three blocks away but you could not access the beach. We tried every which way to get to the beach but could not get there. Extremely frustrating.
