The house was very comfortable and was pretty well equipped.
I was unhappy with the fact that there was not beach entrance close by

The kitchen is really nice for serving a large group. The furnishings were very nice. One room had access into a enclosed area which was perfect for letting your dogs out
The stairs were hard for couple of us that are older and have feet and knee problems. We survived though…..smile!!!

Location friendly community. Beach was close by. Clean and kitchen had pots, pans, dishes .
Beds were hard and uncomfortable, bunk beds sounded like they were gonna give out. Sofa beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. Two whole patios were off limits. Had crime scene yellow tape all over. There was a bbq grill but were told we couldn’t use it. There was an about 40 steps to get up to the front door, which I wasn’t aware of until the reservations were made.
