Réactivité de l’hôte; bon rapport qualité prix ; emplacement bon pour profiter de Nantes et du bord de mer ; pas centre ville mais plus simple pour se garer ; moins cher. Appartement très agréable.

A seulement 15min de Planete sauvage. Nous avons apprécié le sauna pour se réchauffer après une journée de mauvais temps, la déco très chic, la télé granf écran, le canapé grand et confortable, les dosettes de café en nombre suffisant pour notre séjour, l'espace dans les chambres, le frigo très grand, les jeux de société
Malheureusement la déco cache les défauts d'un immeuble très vieux comme les volets décrépits ou le manque d'isolation. Nous entendions les avions et surtout nous avions froid dans le salon (chauffage coupé en Mai). Une seule serviette de toilette par personne.
