The location is great. Place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Onsite parking was a bonus, though it was a bit challenging to manoevre in and out of the courtyard.
Heating was not adequate to keep the place warm - only one small radiator, which didn't switch on, and only partial underfloor heating. The place is not very homely or cosy - the sitting room needs a rug, curtains or blinds are needed at the windows for privacy, bedside lamps are needed, and lower lighting options or lamps are needed in the sitting room.
The key fob for opening the gates was broken, so the instructions didn't match, which was confusing.

The location was excellent very quiet and easy access to the city centre.
We had a problem with the key secure lock code not working, we waited about an hour in the rain and they sent some out with a spare key.

Nice space with parking outside the house. Decent kitchen and under floor heating. Good for making a meal or two without going out. It's nice to have a little space, ideal for a couple.
The shower could do with some replacement, there's mouldy bits on the silicone and the light in the bathroom is very dim so my partner couldn't do makeup in there. We went in October and we were cold in the night leading to us waking up.. Bed was really not comfortable, springs popping out and stabbing me in the back. Woke up with back pain multiple nights.

Area was okay, except very noisy at night until very late in the evening.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the main living area was very dirty, dust and dirt on shelves and behind the sofa which you had to pull out in order to see the TV screen. Mould around shower cubicle door and frame.
