About this house rental
The house dates back to the 17th century and has been renovated with great attention to detail and original construction elements by the owners, who live in the other semi-detached house. The natural property, of which 100 square meters are exclusively for your use, also offers a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beautifully designed entrance area boasts a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves, all the way to Vinci. Highlights: Wi-Fi, welcome pack with wine, oil, and specialties from our own production. Nearby activities: Those who want to learn about Italian cuisine can participate in a cooking class. It takes about 2 hours and includes a 3-course menu with wine and water. It costs EUR 50 (up to 3 people) (EUR 10 per person for 4 people or more). Please register at the time of booking. Dinners are available for a fee, starting from EUR 25 per person, 3 courses + house drinks, upon reservation. Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Access is via an unpaved road.
