Charming property renovated to an extremely high standard. Set in a rural location with beautiful surroundings in the heart of the Loire valley, an ideal base to explore the area. A delightful and attentive hostess without being intrusive. Possibly the cleanest room I have ever stayed in! Breakfast was excellent with homemade produce, they even accommodated an extremely late request from my husband for the extra savoury breakfast. Original features of the old farmhouse lovingly restored. A great kitchen area for guests to use and communal area with board games supplied.
Bedside lights too bright for 1 of us to read while the other slept. Perhaps consider some that could be angled downwards?

The property is located in a quiet countryside. We communicated that we were going to be late with our check in and Christine were very helpful. She has given us a very detailed instructions in how to get to our room. The room where we stayed was big and had enough room to accommodate our family of 5. Our host was very accommodating and the breakfast they serve were delicious and all homemade.
There’s nothing that we didn’t like in the property.

We had the most wonderful welcome from our host. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! In fact too much to eat, so he kindly wrapped up cherry tart for us, which we ate by the banks of the river in Chinon with our lunch. Our bedroom was stunning with exposed beams, and lots of space. Really comfortable.
