On the 1st floor, independent entrance, not overlooked, recently renovated, fully equipped and pleasant, green space available,
barbecue and plancha, garden equipment (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol)
Swimming pool 10x5 m, deckchairs, diving board, accessible all day, to share at times with me (you are the only tenants)

Giselle was a great hostess and she was very helpful with information about getting around Aix. I plan to return again. The pool was perfect. The property is pet friendly with lots of room for a dog to play. The upstairs apartment was quiet. I was given as much privacy as I wanted. You are close to the city even though its in the country. TGV and airport are close by.

Stayed for 3 days at this lovely house.
Wanted to see Aix and walk true countryside.
Giseles house is perfectly located and very private.
2 minor issues for me.
- A lot of steps to get info the house ( My old dog had his exercise)
- very small shower for a big man. :-)
Im coming back again.

The place is outstanding. It is located in the suburbs (views, woods, birds, animals) and is 20 minutes from the center of the town. You should take bus # 12 and in 7 minutes you will be at the beginning of Sezanne Avenue.
There is no TY in English, but this is what we needed - no TV. Gezele is a very warm and helpful person, She speaks very little English but you may use Google Translate.
We highly recommend the place.
