About this apartment rental
The apartment at your disposal is located opposite the Renaissance Hotel, close to the Grand Theater de Provence (GTP), the Provençal Walkways and La Rotonde.
The entire city center is within walking distance. The apartment is quiet and overlooks a courtyard. New residence very quiet and secure with guardian. Large terrace for breakfast in the sun or candlelit dinner. The decoration is neat and warm.
Most: if you are transported, a parking space in the basement of the building can accommodate your vehicle (ON REQUEST).
Renovated in February 2015, the apartment offers all the modern comfort:
- fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle and for lovers of good coffee a Nespresso machine is available.
- linen provided (bed, toilet, tea towels).
-you have access to a wifi connection.
-the sleeping capacity is 4 people: double bed (160 cm) in the room, and comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
-the bathroom and the toilet are separated.
- cupboards and storage available.
We are reachable during your stay.
We ask for a cleaning fee so that it can be done by a cleaning company. We insist on the cleanliness of our property for your comfort.
Pets are not accepted. Thank you for not smoking. Thank you for your understanding.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cet appartement idéalement situé en plein cœur d'Aix-en-Provence : toute les visites de la ville peuvent se faire à pied (cours Mirabeau ; Hôtel Caumont, où l'on peut déjeuner dans le tout petit mais très joli jardin à la française ; cathédrale ; vieille ville ; atelier de Cézanne ; ...). L'appartement, bien que situé en plein centre-ville, est très calme et très lumineux ; il dispose en outre d'un parking (très pratique en centre-ville!). Accueil très cordiale, propreté irréprochable, appartement très fonctionnel et bonne literie : je recommande!

L'appart. est très bien situé, proche gare routière notamment et du centre ville : il y a un accès direct aux Allées Provençales et ensuite on arrive à la Rotonde ! Pas besoin de voiture !
Assez spacieux pour deux, tout est bien agencé et confortable. La cuisine est toute neuve et fonctionnelle !
